FAQs
How does private reformer training work?
Private reformer training is a one‑to‑one session on a Pilates reformer machine, tailored specifically to your fitness level and goals. During the session, your instructor will guide you through a series of controlled movements and exercises, adjusting the reformer’s resistance to suit your strength and flexibility. Each workout is designed to improve your core stability, posture, and overall conditioning in a safe, supportive environment.
What should I wear to my session?
Please wear comfortable, form‑fitting activewear—think leggings or fitted shorts and a close‑fitting top. Avoid clothing with zips or buttons that might catch on the reformer. We recommend grippy Pilates or yoga socks to help maintain stability and hygiene on the equipment.
Do I need any experience?
No prior experience is necessary. Our sessions cater to complete beginners through to advanced practitioners. Your instructor will assess your current fitness level and guide you step‑by‑step, ensuring you learn the proper technique safely.
