Private reformer training is a one‑to‑one session on a Pilates reformer machine, tailored specifically to your fitness level and goals. Each workout is designed to improve your core stability, posture, and overall conditioning in a safe, supportive environment.

What is Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates uses a specialised machine with adjustable springs to provide resistance, helping to build strength, flexibility and balance.

The carriage glides along rails, allowing for smooth, controlled movements that target deep stabilising muscles.

How is a private reformer session different from group reformer?

In a private session, you receive one‑to‑one attention, with exercises tailored to your body and goals.

Group classes follow a set sequence and pace, whereas private training adapts each movement based on your progress and any physical limitations.

What should I wear to my session?

Please wear comfortable, form‑fitting activewear—think leggings or fitted shorts and a close‑fitting top. Avoid clothing with zips or buttons that might catch on the reformer. We recommend grippy Pilates or yoga socks to help maintain stability and hygiene on the equipment.

Do I need any experience?

No prior experience is necessary. Our sessions cater to complete beginners through to advanced practitioners. Your instructor will assess your current fitness level and guide you step‑by‑step, ensuring you learn the proper technique safely.

What should I bring?
