How long is each session?

Each Private Yoga session lasts 45 minutes, which includes time for a brief consultation at the beginning to discuss your goals and any physical considerations.

What should I wear to my session?

Please wear comfortable, form‑fitting activewear—think leggings or fitted shorts and a close‑fitting top. Avoid clothing with zips or buttons that might catch on the reformer. We recommend grippy Pilates or yoga socks to help maintain stability and hygiene on the equipment.

Do I need any experience?

No prior experience is necessary. Our sessions cater to complete beginners through to advanced practitioners. Your instructor will assess your current fitness level and guide you step‑by‑step, ensuring you learn the proper technique safely.

Can I choose my instructor?

Yes, you can request your preferred instructor when booking. We have a team of experienced yoga teachers with varying styles, and we encourage you to try different instructors to find your best fit.

What if I’m brand‑new to pilates?

Do you provide mats and props?

Absolutely. We supply high‑quality mats, blocks, straps and bolsters as part of your session.

If you prefer your own equipment, you’re welcome to bring it along.
