How many reformers per class?

We equip each studio with six reformers, and classes are limited to six participants to ensure everyone gets ample instructor attention.

This ratio maintains safety and quality.

Do I need prior reformer experience?

No prior experience is required, but we do recommend taking one Private Reformer Pilates session first if you’re completely new.

This introduction helps you feel confident in the group setting.

Are classes small or large?

Group Reformer Pilates classes are small—maximum six people—to provide personalised guidance and maintain proper form throughout the session.

What’s your cancellation policy for group sessions?

You can cancel up to 12 hours before class for a full refund or credit. Late cancellations or no‑shows are charged in full.

Do I need special clothing or socks?

Wear form‑fitting activewear and grippy Pilates socks.
